BX
Safety Awards
The
BX Safety Awards started in 1995, as a way to promote the positive
aspects of workplace safety and to honor companies with proactive
safety efforts and exceptional safety results.
Since
then, over 170 companies have been honored at the BX
Annual Meeting for their safety success – through two types of awards.
Your
company can receive one or both of the awards.

Speer Mechanical
for safe and efficient storage and handling of oxygen and
acetylene bottles that has always been a challenge in the
industry. Speer Mechanical addressed this issue by creating a
bottle storage system that separates into two carts. The
device is made of two single-bottle carts joined with a simple
fastening system. This allows employees to quickly and efficiently
separate the oxygen and acetylene tanks and move them the required
distance away from each other. Because the bottles remain secured
in their separate carts, there is no need to handle the loose
bottles or secure them again once moved to their storage location.
