NEW POLICIES:

All contractors working in the city of Powell and Liberty Township Commercial are required to register. For an application, go to our website and click on Building Department/Residential or Commercial Building/Contractor Registration.

Permit applications and helpful checklists are now available on our website.

HVAC, Electric, Fire Protection and Plumbing & Hydronic contractors need to provide proof of state license with contractor registration.

Offices of the City of Powell will be closed the following holidays in 2010:

• Memorial Day 
• Independence Day 
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Thanksgiving, November 25 & 26 
• Christmas: Closed at noon 12-23-10, Closed 12-24-10
• New Year's: Closed at noon 12-30-10, Closed 12-31-10.
