Volunteer for one of the industry’s most important causes

If you’d like to make a difference in your industry and community this year, then now is the time to become an Outreach speaker.

Since 1995, the BX Outreach Program has worked to improve the image of construction and motivate kids to consider industry careers. We have reached more than 50,000 central Ohio students in the process!

The program, which promotes construction careers to middle and high school students by visiting classrooms throughout the school year, is currently seeking volunteers.        

It’s easy for you to get involved and make a difference. Presentations are just 35-minutes long and you only participate when your schedule allows.

All volunteers are trained by BX staff to give the interactive presentation and are paired with another volunteer when visiting classrooms.

We provide all materials and giveaways; you provide your work experience and willingness to make an impact on the industry’s future. For more information, contact Deb Murphy or Kelly Purcell at the Exchange.
